Other lawn care companies use pre-emergent weed control in the spring that kills grass seed too - We don't use chemicals so we can jumpstart grass growth and natural weed control in the spring when they can't!

Seed germination requires sunlight, warm temps, & WATER!
Caring for your lawn after our service is AS important as the service itself!
For the best results, WATER each morning for about 20 minutes, but do not over water. Water helps the seedlings germinate & establish their initial root systems into the ground. Do this for 2-4 weeks after our service is completed.
Stay off the yard! This helps reduce compaction so the new seedlings have a much easier time sprouting their roots in soft soil.
Mowing should be paused for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Grass seed germination should occur before lawn mowers are run over your yard, the better the new seeds settle in your yard, the better lawn you'll have long term.
